Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), İller Arası Radar uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmadan önce dikkatlice okumanız gereken kuralları belirler. Uygulamayı indirerek ve/veya kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
İller Arası Radar; Türkiye Cumhuriyeti karayollarındaki hız koridoru, sabit radar ve kontrol noktaları hakkında **bilgilendirme** amaçlı bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama, bu noktalara yaklaşıldığında kullanıcıyı sesli ve görsel olarak uyarmayı amaçlar.
Uygulama, İçişleri Bakanlığı kamuya açık API'sinden ve OpenStreetMap topluluk verilerinden bilgi çeker. Bu verilerin tam, güncel ve doğru olduğu garanti edilmez. Yeni eklenen veya kaldırılan radar/koridorlar gecikmeli yansıyabilir.
Üçüncü taraf API'larındaki kesintiler, internet bağlantısının olmaması veya cihaz sınırlamaları nedeniyle uygulama geçici olarak çalışmayabilir. Bu durumlardan dolayı sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler, dönem bitiminden 24 saat öncesine kadar iptal edilmezse Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ücret, yenileme tarihinde mevcut fiyat üzerinden tahsil edilir.
Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz: Settings → [Adınız] → Subscriptions → İller Arası Radar → Cancel Subscription. İptal ettiğinizde mevcut fatura döneminin sonuna kadar Premium erişiminiz devam eder. Ödenmiş dönemler için iade yapılmaz; iade talepleri Apple üzerinden yürütülür: reportaproblem.apple.com
Yıllık abonelikte sunulan 7 gün ücretsiz deneme; daha önce bu denemeyi kullanmamış kullanıcılara açıktır. Deneme süresinin son 24 saatinden önce iptal etmezseniz, deneme bitiminde tam yıllık ücret tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi iptal ettikten sonra geri dönmeniz için size özel indirimli bir teklif sunulabilir (3 ay ₺24,99/ay). Bu süre sonunda standart aylık ücret (₺39,99) uygulanır.
Uygulamanın yazılımı, tasarımı, logosu ve kullanıcı arayüzü Sefa Beker'in fikri mülkiyetidir. İçişleri Bakanlığı verisi kamuya açık olup ilgili kuruma aittir; OpenStreetMap verisi ODbL lisansıyla sunulmaktadır.

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim gösterilir. Güncellenen şartlar, uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ettiğinizde yürürlüğe girer.
Bu Şartlar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules you should read carefully before using the İller Arası Radar ("the App") application. By downloading and/or using the App, you accept these Terms.
İller Arası Radar is a mobile application providing **informational** alerts about speed corridors, fixed speed cameras, and traffic control points on Turkish public roads. The App aims to alert users via audio and visual cues when approaching such points.
The App fetches data from the Turkish Ministry of Interior's public API and OpenStreetMap community data. The completeness, accuracy, and currency of this data are not guaranteed. Newly added or removed cameras/corridors may be reflected with delay.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to third-party API outages, lack of internet connectivity, or device limitations. We assume no liability for such situations.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew via your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The renewal price is the then-current published price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in App Store account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → İller Arası Radar → Cancel Subscription. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for paid periods; refund requests are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
The 7-day free trial offered with the yearly subscription is available to users who have not previously used this trial. If not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the full yearly fee is charged at trial's end.
After cancellation, you may be offered a discounted return offer (3 months at ₺24.99/month). The standard monthly fee (₺39.99) applies after this period.
The App's software, design, logo, and user interface are the intellectual property of Sefa Beker. Ministry of Interior data is public and belongs to that institution; OpenStreetMap data is provided under the ODbL license.
Using the App for the following purposes is prohibited:
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, an in-app notice will be shown. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and execution offices.
